Ingredients
- 25 g walnut kernels
- 2 stems sage
- 150 g green spaghetti (or whole wheat pasta)
- Salt
- 100 ml classic vegetable broth
- 100 ml soy cream
- 50 g Gorgonzola cheese
- black pepper
Instructions

Coarsely chop walnuts and toast them in a dry pan until lightly brown.

Rinse sage leaves, shake off excess water, and slice into fine strips.

Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

Add walnuts, sage, broth and soy cream to a pan and heat while stirring.

Cut Gorgonzola into pieces, add to the sauce and stir until melted.

Drain pasta, let it dry well, mix with the Gorgonzola sauce, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
