Ingredients
- 200 g noodles
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 splash white wine
- 1 red bell pepper
- 50 g pitted black olives (black olives)
- 50 g arugula
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
Instructions

Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts, then slice into strips.

Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water according to package instructions.

Wash the tomatoes and bell pepper, quarter them, remove seeds, and cut into strips.

Wash the arugula and trim any tough stems.

Halve the olives.

Sauté the chicken strips in hot oil until browned, add the tomato and pepper strips, then stir in the olives and deglaze with a splash of white wine. Cook while stirring for about 5 minutes. Add nearly dry pasta, toss in arugula, and season with salt and pepper. Serve on preheated plates.
