Ingredients
- 400 g colorful farfalle
- Salt
- 250 ml vegetable broth
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 100 g freshly grated cheese (e.g., Parmesan)
- 4 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (parsley, garden cress, dill, chives)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- pepper (ground)
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

In a small pot, gently heat the broth with crème fraîche and cheese (reserve 2 tbsp for garnish), stirring but do not boil. Add herbs and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Drain the pasta well and arrange on plates. Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with the remaining cheese before serving.
