Spicy Green Sauce with Arugula, Cilantro and Parsley

Ingredients

  • 1 bundle flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
  • 0.5 bundle cilantro (fresh, chopped)
  • 0.5 bundle arugula (chopped)
  • 3 spring onions (roughly chopped)
  • 55 g pine nuts
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 green chili peppers (deveined, roughly chopped)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 55 g parmesan (fresh grated)
  • 8 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (cold pressed)
  • Salt

Instructions

    Add all ingredients to a blender and puree into a sauce.

    Consume the sauce preferably on the same day. It pairs well with grilled fresh fish or chicken.
