Ingredients
- 1 bundle flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
- 0.5 bundle cilantro (fresh, chopped)
- 0.5 bundle arugula (chopped)
- 3 spring onions (roughly chopped)
- 55 g pine nuts
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 2 green chili peppers (deveined, roughly chopped)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 55 g parmesan (fresh grated)
- 8 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (cold pressed)
- Salt

Add all ingredients to a blender and puree into a sauce.

Consume the sauce preferably on the same day. It pairs well with grilled fresh fish or chicken.
