Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 400 g macaroni
  • 50 g currants
  • 80 g Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 4 tbsp pine nuts

Instructions

    Clean the cauliflower and cook it in plenty of salted water until al dente. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Mix the parmesan with the curry in a bowl.

    Drain the cauliflower and fold it into the curry mixture. Drain the pasta, combine with washed currants and cauliflower, arrange on plates, drizzle with oil and serve.
