Ingredients

  • 400 g wide ribbon pasta
  • Shiitake mushrooms (300g each)
  • Button mushrooms (300g each)
  • 2 shallots (finely chopped)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

    Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

    Clean and roughly chop mushrooms.

    Sauté mushrooms and shallots quickly and vigorously in olive oil, stir in pressed garlic, and simmer for a few minutes over low heat; season with salt and pepper. Mix in the ribbon pasta, plate with parsley, and sprinkle coarse pepper on top.
