Ingredients
- 400 g orecchiette pasta
- Salt
- 500 g broccoli florets
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- pul biber
- 40 g freshly grated Parmesan

Cook the orecchiette in salted water until al dente. Wash and drain the broccoli. Peel and finely chop the garlic, then sauté it with the broccoli in a pan. Season with salt and deglaze with vegetable broth. Cover and simmer for about 6 minutes until tender.

Season with salt, pepper, and pul biber, then toss with the drained pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
