Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 small can peeled tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 400 g penne
  • 50 g parmesan (block)
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • parsley

Instructions

    Clean, peel and finely dice carrot and celery. Peel onion. Heat oil, sauté onions and pressed garlic, add vegetables and cook briefly.

    Add minced meat in portions, fry crumbly over high heat while stirring.

    Season with salt and pepper, stir in tomato paste and peeled tomatoes, simmer for about 30 minutes. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, let rest, then serve on plates. Spoon sauce over pasta, garnish with parsley, shave parmesan on top.
