Ingredients
- 500 g Fiorelli
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 6 tomatoes
- 200 g feta
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml White wine
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 Garlic clove
- Sea salt
- ground black pepper
Instructions

Cook the fiorelli according to package instructions until al dente.

Wash, halve, deseed and dice the bell peppers.

Wash, quarter, core and dice the tomatoes.

Dice the feta.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté with the diced bell peppers in hot oil. Add tomatoes and deglaze with white wine. Stir in honey, simmer 1-2 minutes, then fold in parsley and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and gently fold in feta.

Drain the pasta and distribute onto pre-warmed plates, spooning the feta-garlic-pepper mixture over it.
