  • 500 g pasta (e.g., campanelli)
  • Salt
  • 2 Handfuls Basil
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water. Rinse the basil, shake dry and finely chop. Peel and dice the onion. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, scrape out the seeds, remove the stem ends and finely dice the flesh.

    Combine the pasta with basil, onions, and tomatoes.

    Whisk together oil, lemon juice, and vinegar; season the salad with salt and pepper. Let it rest for about 30 minutes, taste again, then serve.
