Pasta Salad with Salami

Ingredients

  • 300 g Penne
  • Salz
  • 1 große blaue Zwiebel
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 250 g Kirschtomaten
  • 100 g schwarze Oliven
  • 200 g salami
  • 0.5 Bund kleinblättriges Basilikum
  • 1 EL Senf
  • 4 EL Weißweinessig
  • 4 EL Olivenöl
  • 50 ml Gemüsebrühe
  • Pfeffer

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Peel, halve and slice the blue onion into thin strips. Wash the zucchini and cut it into small sticks. Rinse the cherry tomatoes, pat dry and quarter them. Drain the olives. Cut the salami into strips or cubes and separate slightly. Wash the basil, shake off the stems and pluck the leaves. Place the onions in a sieve and pour the cooked pasta over them, rinse with cold water and drain.

    Mix mustard with vinegar, oil, broth, salt and pepper, then combine with all salad ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, taste, arrange into serving bowls and serve.
