Ingredients

  • 350 g Farfalle
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 200 g seedless red grapes
  • 2 small red onions
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 bunch arugula

Instructions

    Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and let rest.

    Whisk together vinegar, olive oil, sugar, a touch of salt and pepper; taste and adjust seasoning.

    Wash the grapes and cut them in half.

    Peel the onions, halve them lengthwise, then slice into thin strips.

    Rinse the arugula, pat dry, and tear into bite‑sized pieces if desired.

    Combine pasta, grapes, onions, arugula and dressing; serve on plates.
