Ingredients
- 400 g penne
- 500 g potatoes (cooked)
- 250 g peas
- 200 g savoy cabbage
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 0.5 tsp Curry Powder
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 bunch parsley (chopped)
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- chilies (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the penne according to package instructions until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Blanch the peas briefly in salted water, rinse and drain. Wash, trim, slice into strips and blanch the savoy cabbage similarly, then rinse and drain.

Whisk together the cream, curry powder, vinegar, a splash of blanching water, and parsley; season with salt and cayenne pepper to taste.

Combine the pasta with the vegetables and dressing, cover and let sit for about 30 minutes. Adjust seasoning and serve garnished with chilies.
