Ingredients

  • 250 g whole wheat pasta
  • Sea salt
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 leek stalk
  • 2 tbsp cold-pressed sunflower oil
  • 3-4 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fruit vinegar
  • black pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • smooth parsley

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of water with sea salt for 8-10 minutes. Dice the onions. Wash the vegetables, seed the bell peppers, dice them, and cut the leek into about 2 cm wide strips.

    Sauté the vegetables in plant oil, add vegetable broth, and cook for about 5 minutes.

    Season with honey, fruit vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper, then mix with drained pasta. Sprinkle lightly toasted sesame seeds before serving and garnish with parsley.
