Ingredients

  • 500 g penne
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 g processed cheese (cream flavor)
  • 150 g Emmental (grated)
  • 80 g Parmesan (finely grated)
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter (in chunks)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. In a saucepan, combine the cream with the processed cheese and vegetable broth; bring to a boil, stir in 50 g of cheese, season to taste.

    Drain the pasta, mix it with the sauce, and divide into four small oven‑proof dishes. Mix the remaining cheese with Parmesan and breadcrumbs, sprinkle over the pasta, and top with butter chunks. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown.
