Ingredients
- 1 kg starchy potatoes
- Salt
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- nutmeg
Instructions

Wash, peel, and boil the potatoes in salted water for about 30 minutes. Drain, peel again if desired, and mash with a potato masher.

Stir in hot milk, butter, and parsley with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and nutmeg to taste and serve.
