Paprika yogurt drink: This yogurt beverage with paprika is a snack that soothes rumbling stomachs without adding to the calorie count.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 bundle chives
  • 100 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder (hot)
  • 1 pinch paprika paste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 125 ml sparkling water (ice cold)
  • Also: ice cubes

Instructions

    Wash the chives, shake dry, set aside a few stems and finely slice the rest into thin ribbons.

    Place yogurt with chive ribbons, paprika powders, paprika paste, and salt in a tall container and blend until frothy with an immersion blender.

    Pour into a glass, add sparkling water, then ice cubes. Garnish with chive stems and serve immediately.
