Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • red, yellow & green bell pepper (one of each)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Peel the onion and dice finely. Halve the peppers, remove seeds, wash, and slice into thin strips. Peel the garlic and mince finely. Boil the tomatoes briefly, peel off skins, halve, seed, and dice finely.

    Peel the cucumber, cut lengthwise in half, deseed, and chop into small pieces.

    Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper together and mix with salad ingredients. Arrange in bowls and serve.
