Paprika Stew

Ingredients

  • 3 green bell peppers
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 potatoes (cooked, leftover)
  • 4 tbsp paprika paste
  • 1 l vegetable broth
  • 400 g Hungarian salami (in 3-5 mm thick slices)
  • 1 tbsp hot paprika powder
  • 100 ml plant oil
  • 4 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp sauce thickener

Instructions

    Wash, clean, halve, core the peppers, remove the white skin and cut into strips. Peel the onions, halve them and cut into half rings.

    Heat the plant oil in a large pot, sauté the onion and peppers. Stir in the paprika paste and salami, brown briefly, then pour in the broth, cover and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
