Ingredients
- 4 red bell peppers
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 4 tbsp Tahini
- 4 tbsp instant oats
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- a pinch of sugar
- Salt

Preheat the oven to grill mode.

Wash, halve, and trim the bell peppers. Place them skin-side up on a greased baking sheet. Brush with oil and grill under high heat for about 10 minutes until the skins blister. Remove from the oven, cover with a kitchen towel, and let rest. Then peel off the skins and blend the flesh with tomato paste and tahini until smooth. Mix in the oats and season the cream with lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
