Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 rolls puff pastry (275)
  • 6 bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 150 g goat fresh cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (untreated)
  • 150 g goat cheese roll

Instructions

  1. 1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (Oven + fan). Line a baking tray (or a pan about 25x35 cm) with parchment paper and roll out one sheet of puff pastry on it.

  2. 2.

Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds and white skins, then cut into strips about 1 cm thick. Season with remaining oil, salt, and pepper. Peel the garlic and press it into the goat fresh cheese. Mix in the lemon zest and season again. Spread the goat fresh cheese onto the pastry leaving a 3-4 cm border. Arrange the bell pepper strips on top.

  3. 3.

Cut the goat cheese roll into pieces and scatter over the peppers. Cut the second puff pastry sheet into strips and lay them in a lattice pattern over the tart. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
