Ingredients

  • 3 green bell peppers
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.5 tsp cumin powder
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

    Wash, trim and slice the bell peppers into thin strips. Peel the onions and garlic; cut the onions into strips and mince the garlic. Wash the tomatoes, halve them and slice into rounds.

    Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the peppers, onions and garlic for about 5 minutes while stirring. Add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and cumin. Simmer for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
