Ingredients

  • 250 g Gouda
  • 100 g Emmentaler
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • red and green bell peppers (one each)
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, wash, and slice into thin rings. Drain the corn. Dice the cheeses. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. Mix all ingredients.

    Whisk together vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper to make a dressing; drizzle over the salad. Wash the chives, cut into small rolls, and sprinkle on top.
