Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 2 onions
- 1 stalk leek
- 1 small savoy cabbage
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 can peeled tomatoes
- 250 g long grain rice
- 0.5 l chicken broth (from the jar)
- 4 tbsp pine nuts
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs, rub with paprika, celery salt, and garlic salt. Place in an oven-safe dish and roast at 200°C for 20 minutes, turning once.

Peel and finely dice the onions. Clean and cut the leek into rings after trimming ends. Strip the savoy cabbage into thin strips.
