Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 radicchio
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 6 tbsp cornmeal
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt

Instructions

    Flatten the chicken breasts slightly.

    Mix ginger with chili and lemon juice (up to 1 tbsp). Rub the mixture onto the chicken and marinate for about 10 minutes.

    Whisk yogurt with sour cream, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and herbs until smooth; season with salt and cayenne pepper.

    Wash radicchio, remove stem, slice into fine strips. Distribute on four plates.

    Coat each chicken piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with cornmeal. Fry in hot oil for about 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper; season with salt and pepper.

    Drizzle radicchio with vinegar, arrange sliced chicken on top, and serve with the yogurt dip.
