Paprika Beef Strips

Ingredients
- 0.5 Pineapple
- 500 g beef (e.g., sirloin)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (light)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 200 g glass noodles
- 2 red bell peppers
- 6 Spring Onions
- 80 g bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- chili sauce (sweet-spicy)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Peel the pineapple, remove the tough core and cut into small pieces. Rinse the beef, pat dry and slice into strips. Mix with the pineapple, 2-3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp oil; cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, let cool, and cut into shorter pieces if desired.

Wash the bell peppers, halve them, trim and slice into thin strips. Wash the spring onions, trim and cut diagonally into rings. Rinse the bean sprouts and drain.

Sauté the beef with pineapple in hot oil in a wok until browned but still colorless. Add the bell pepper, spring onion and bean sprouts. Pour in rice wine and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Toss in the noodles and sesame seeds, season with soy and chili sauce. Serve on small bowls garnished with mint.
