Ingredients
- 6 sheets white gelatin
- 500 ml whipping cream
- vanilla aroma
- 50 g sugar
- 8 large ripe strawberries
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp mild white balsamic vinegar
- 8 chocolate sticks (black‑white striped)

Soak the gelatin in cold water.

Bring the cream with vanilla aroma and sugar to a boil, remove from heat, dissolve the well‑squeezed gelatin into it, then stir in a cold bath. Just before the mixture starts to set, pour it into dessert molds lined with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 4 hours.

Wash the strawberries, halve them lengthwise, and mix with honey and vinegar. Let sit for about 1 hour.

Serve the panna cotta on plates, remove the plastic wrap, and arrange the balsamic‑marinated strawberries on top. Garnish with chocolate sticks before serving.
