Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks (about 250 g each)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- Cayenne pepper
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 bunch sorrel
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
Instructions

Wash and pat dry the salmon steaks, season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and half of the lemon juice, then drizzle with olive oil. Let marinate for about 20 minutes.

Wash the sorrel and shake off excess water.

Heat a grill or skillet over high heat; cook each side of the salmon steaks for about 3–4 minutes until golden brown. After cooking, season again with salt and pepper, plate on bowls, add the sorrel, drizzle with remaining lemon juice and serve.
