Ingredients

  • 100 g breakfast bacon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 pack (350 g) Hilcona (Cappelletti pan pasta with cream spinach & cheese)
  • 200 g frozen pan vegetables
  • 200 g passata tomatoes
  • 2 stems oregano
  • 60 g mozzarella balls

Instructions

    Cut the bacon into strips. Heat butter in a skillet and fry the bacon until crispy for about 6 minutes. After about 1 minute add the noodles. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

    Sauté the vegetables briefly in the pan fat. Add tomatoes, bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Wash oregano, shake dry, remove leaves except some for garnish, pluck stems and chop.

    Cut mozzarella into cubes. Add noodles and mozzarella to the sauce. Sprinkle with oregano and garnish.
