Ingredients

  • 400 g Fettuccine
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 800 g mixed pre-cooked seafood
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • 0.5 bunch mixed herbs

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Wash, blanch, peel, core, and roughly dice the tomatoes. Rinse, shake dry, and finely chop the herbs. Sauté the garlic and onions in hot oil. Add the seafood and cook for a few minutes.

    Add the tomatoes and deglaze with vegetable broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in crème fraîche. Reduce heat and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Cook the fettuccine in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain and serve immediately with the sauce.
