Ingredients

  • 600 g veal shoulder
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions

    Wash the meat and pat it dry. Cut into four even slices, then cut each slice in half if desired. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

    Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the pieces in batches, 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown. Keep warm at 80 °C in the oven until all are cooked.
