Ingredients
- 7 oz Chickpeas (canned)
- 7 oz Salmon fillet (skinless)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 5 Mint leaves (or 2-3 stems smooth parsley)
- 0.5 tsp Ras el-Hanout (spice blend)
- Salt
- Black pepper (from the grinder)

Rinse the chickpeas under running water and drain them.

Cut the salmon fillet into rough cubes. Foam the butter in a non-stick pan and quickly brown the salmon cubes in it. Then deglaze with lime juice.

Cut the mint into fine strips and add it. Sprinkle with Ras el-Hanout and add the chickpeas. Gently mix, season with salt and pepper, and fill two bowls or lunch boxes.
