Ingredients

  • 800 g waxy potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt

Instructions

    Peel, wash, pat dry the potatoes, quarter them and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan‑forced; gas: level 3) for 30–35 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.

    Remove from the oven, arrange on a serving dish and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
