Grilled Cod Fillets

Grilled cod fillets with orange and rosemary: low fat and calories, high in iodine and protein.

Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 1 Organic Orange
  • 800 g cod fillet (4 fillets)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the rosemary. Cut one sprig into four pieces; pluck and finely chop the remaining needles.

    Wash the orange, dry rub it, and slice eight thin rounds from the center (use the rest elsewhere).

    Rinse the cod fillets and pat them dry. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary.

    Place one rosemary piece and two orange slices on each fish fillet. Secure with kitchen twine.

    Brush a baking tray with rapeseed oil. Lay the fish packets on it and grill both sides for about 4-5 minutes each.
