Ingredients

  • 4 plaice fillets about 160 g each (pre‑cooked)
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp pink peppercorns
  • Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

    Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry. Crush both types of pepper in a mortar. Season the fish on both sides with the pepper mixture and sea salt.
