- 500 g chicken livers
- 2 onions (sliced into rings)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 ml broth (as needed)
- 1 sage sprig

Rinse the chicken livers under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Melt butter in a pan, sauté the onions until translucent, then add the chicken livers. Season with salt and pepper.
