Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken livers
  • 2 onions (sliced into rings)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 ml broth (as needed)
  • 1 sage sprig

    Rinse the chicken livers under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

    Melt butter in a pan, sauté the onions until translucent, then add the chicken livers. Season with salt and pepper.

    Stir for about 15 minutes, adding broth if needed to keep them moist.
