- 600 g fresh king oyster mushrooms
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 stems thyme
- plant oil (for the pans)
- 300 g raclette cheese
- pepper (from grinder)

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into strips. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Wash the thyme, shake dry, and pluck the leaves. Slice the cheese into thin rounds. Place the mushroom strips in lightly oiled raclette pans, sprinkle with thyme leaves and chopped garlic, then top with cheese slices.

Slide the pans under the raclette grill and allow the mushrooms to gratinate. Enjoy with freshly ground pepper.
