Ingredients
- 600 g turkey roast (with skin)
- Salt
- 3 tbsp coarse mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- colorful pepper (ground)
Instructions

Wash the turkey breast and pat dry with paper towels. Generously salt all sides.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the turkey breast skin side up on the sheet, brush with mustard, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle generously with colorful pepper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan‑forced 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for about 35 minutes. The meat is done when an internal temperature of 80 °C is reached (measured with a roast thermometer in the center). Remove, let rest briefly, then slice and serve.
