Ingredients

  • 700 g waxy potatoes
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 300 g chorizo

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) with upper and lower heat. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Whisk together the orange juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss the potatoes in the mixture and spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 40 minutes.

    Cut the chorizo into pieces and stir it in during the last 15-20 minutes of baking. Let the dish cool slightly before serving warm, accompanied by a paprika dip if desired.
