Ingredients

  • 1 kg waxy potatoes
  • 6 young cloves of garlic
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • coarse Sea salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

    Wash and brush the potatoes thoroughly. Depending on size, halve or quarter them or cut into wedges as desired. Spread evenly on a baking tray. Press the garlic cloves and distribute thyme over the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

    Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
