Oven Potato Quark

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes (about 200 g each)
  • 4 pieces of aluminum foil
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 0.5 bunch of chervil
  • 1 tsp pickled green peppercorns
  • 500 g Low-fat quark
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly, pat dry, wrap in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about an hour.

    Clean, wash, and finely dice the spring onions and cucumber. Rinse the chervil, shake off excess water, and chop the leaves. Crush the peppercorns. Mix the quark with the onions, cucumber, chervil, a pinch of salt and pepper, then stir in milk until creamy. Remove the potatoes from the oven and serve with the dip.
