Ingredients

  • 1 chicken (ca. 1.2 kg)
  • 1 untreated orange
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 800 g mostly waxy potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
  • Salt
  • black pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

    Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into pieces with a poultry shears or sharp knife. Wash the orange hot, halve it and slice. Roughly tear the rosemary. Peel, wash and slice the potatoes.

  3. 3.

    Combine all prepared ingredients in a bowl with the oil, season with cinnamon, paprika, salt and pepper. Transfer everything to a shallow ovenproof dish and bake for about 45 minutes. Turn occasionally and add water if needed.

    Serve with salad as desired.
