Ingredients
- 4 Camembert (about 200 g, in wooden basket)
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- chili flakes
- Sweet Paprika Powder
- Salt
- Pepper

Unwrap the Camembert from its plastic packaging and return it to the wooden basket. Wash the thyme, shake off excess water, pluck leaves from the stems and finely chop them. Season the olive oil with thyme, chili flakes, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Brush the Camembert with the seasoned oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan‑forced 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned and rises slightly on top.

Remove the Camembert from the oven, let it cool briefly, then serve in the baskets with a nice napkin. It pairs well with rustic bread.
