Ingredients
- 10 g oregano (1 handful)
- 260 g wheat flour
- 250 g whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Wash oregano, shake dry and finely chop. In a bowl combine 250 g wheat flour, whole wheat flour, salt, oregano, and 2 tbsp oil; gradually add about 175 ml lukewarm water. Knead on a work surface into a firm, smooth dough that no longer sticks to hands. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for about 30 minutes.

Divide dough into 12 equal portions and shape each into a ball. On a flour‑dusted surface roll each into thin flat discs.

Heat a pan, lightly oil each side, and fry the discs one at a time for about 1 minute per side until golden brown and blistering.
