Ingredients
- 2 untreated oranges
- 40 g sultanas
- 1 kg turkey breast fillet
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 1 tbsp Ras el-Hanout
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 sprigs Mint

Wash one orange hot, halve it and slice into rounds. Juice the second orange and soak the sultanas in the juice.

Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Wash, deseed and slice the chili pepper into thin rings. Peel and finely dice the onion. Together with the chili, sauté in a hot pan with oil until translucent. Add the turkey, season with ras el-hanout, salt and pepper, and brown for 1-2 minutes. Deglaze with orange juice and sultanas, add the orange slices, and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.

Rinse the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves, scatter over the dish, adjust seasoning and serve.
