Ingredients
- 1 untreated orange
- 1 tsp saffron powder
- 100 g flour
- 2 Eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Peel the zest from the orange and squeeze out the juice. Whisk together milk, orange juice, saffron, salt, and flour until smooth.

Stir in eggs and orange zest, then let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

Gradually cook golden‑yellow pancakes in hot butter. Let them cool and cut into fine strips.
