Ingredients
- 1 chicken (ca. 1,2 kg)
- 4 tbsp olive oil (and oil for the pan)
- 2 untreated oranges
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt
- Pepper (from the grinder)

Preheat the oven to 200°C with fan and top heat.

Rinse the chicken, pat dry, and quarter it. Place skin side up in an oiled baking dish. Wash the oranges hot and dry them. Grate the zest of one orange, then squeeze its juice. Cut the second orange into wedges. Mix the zest with the juice, olive oil, rosemary, and honey. Season with salt and pepper and brush over the chicken pieces. Arrange the orange wedges on top and bake for about 30 minutes. Add a little water if needed and spoon the liquid over the chicken occasionally.
