Ingredients

  • 300 g cooked spaghetti (from the day before)
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Feta
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to grill setting.

    Toss the spaghetti with boiling hot water, let sit briefly, drain and place in a baking dish.

    Meanwhile wash and halve the cherry tomatoes, crumble the feta. Add both to the hot spaghetti with olive oil, mix well and bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.

    In the meantime wash the arugula, pat dry and roughly chop into pieces.

    Remove the dish from the oven, stir the spaghetti thoroughly with two spoons and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the arugula on top.
