Ingredients
- 1 large pear
- 20 g walnut kernels
- 200 g Roquefort
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 8 small slices of country bread
- pepper (ground fresh)
- thyme leaves
- small pansy flower
Instructions

Wash the pear, quarter it, remove the core and cut the quarters into thin slivers. Chop the walnuts. Smash the Roquefort with a fork, mix in the cottage cheese and walnuts, and spread on the bread slices.

Top with the pear slivers, sprinkle with pepper, garnish with thyme leaves and pansy flowers, and serve.
