Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry (450 g, frozen)
- 2 large vegetable onions
- 2 sour apples
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 eggs
- 200 g Sour Cream
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- nutmeg
- 2 tsp herbs de Provence

Let the puff pastry thaw while lying side by side, then stack, roll out and lay it in a greased baking dish.

Peel the onions and apples, remove the core, slice them, and lightly brown in hot butter. Beat the eggs with sour cream, salt, pepper, herbs, and nutmeg; season boldly, mix in the onions and apples, and spread over the pastry.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
